CORE BELIEFS

What We Believe About God...
There is one living God who eternally exists as three distinct persons, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit (1 Pet. 1:2).

What We Believe About The Bible...

We believe that the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments,  contained in the Holy Bible, that have been passed down and preserved by the Saints, are the living, breathing Words of God to covenant His people, through which He uses to communicate His redemptive will and purpose in Christ (2 Tim. 3:16).

What We Believe About Jesus Christ...

Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of His mother, Mary, while she was still a virgin (Matt. 1:18). He lived a perfectly sinless life and was executed by the Roman empire. His death, however, was the will of God to pay the penalty for the sins of the world (Matt. 20:28). Jesus Christ physically rose again from the dead in the same body in which He was executed (John 20:24-29).  Our Lord Jesus Christ promised to physically return to this world to rescue and redeem His people, judge the wicked, and bring total and complete healing, restoration, and renewal once and for all at the end of time, to both Heaven and earth (2 Pet. 3:1-13).

What We Believe About The Gospel...

The living God connects to people today through faith alone in Jesus Christ, by which they are brought into a living relationship with God through the forgiveness of sins (Acts 16:29-32).

What We Believe About The Church...

The church is God's unified, eternal, multi-ethnic community, through which God actively uses to share the light and love of Christ to the entire world through the gospel of Jesus Christ (Eph. 2:11-22).
